BROWNIES
13 x 9 x 2-inch disposable aluminum pan
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup (2 sticks) butter
6 oz unsweetened chocolate bar (ex: Bakers)
2 cups sugar
4 extra-large eggs
1 1/2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. vanilla
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350°.
Melt chocolate and butter. Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
Cream sugar and eggs together well. Add melted chocolate/butter mixture slowly, stirring
constantly with a spoon. Add in dry ingredients slowly. Keep stirring with a spoon.
Add in vanilla. Mix
Pour into 9 X 13 X 2 pan. Bake for 28-30 minutes. Test for doneness in the middle and make
sure tester comes out clean.
Once completely cool, cover pan and label. (We will cut and package.)
